QF fluidized bed jet mill

The fluidized bed jet mill is a device for achieving ultrafine crushing of dry materials by high-speed gas flow. It consists of a pulverizing nozzle, a classifying rotor, a screw feeder, etc. The material enters the pulverizing chamber through a screw feeder. The high-pressure air is jetted to the pulverizing chamber at a high speed through a specially configured supersonic nozzle. The material is accelerated in the supersonic jet. The intersection is repeatedly impacted. Collision. Achieve pulverization. The pulverized material enters the classification chamber with the ascending airflow. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading rotor, the particles are both subjected to the centrifugal force generated by the grading rotor and to the centripetal force generated by the viscous action of the airflow. When the particles are subjected to centrifugal force greater than centripetal force That is, the coarse particles above the grading diameter are returned to the pulverization chamber to continue the impact pulverization. The fine particles below the grading diameter are collected into the cyclone with the gas flow. The trap is collected. The gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
